Journal for 10 minutes for you to hear your Inner Cheerleader. Choose ONE #journalprompt from the list:
✅ What do you like most about what you do for work, and what makes you good at what you do?
✅ What are you most proud of in your professional life and why?
✅ Describe your ideal job. What does it involve doing? What do you like most about it? Why it is perfect for you?
2️⃣ Find an affirmation to build your trust muscle in your success to repeat at least 3 times a day:
e.g. I have the skills and knowledge I need to be successful in my work.
3️⃣ Do something that makes you laugh each day a week.
✅ Watch a funny video,
✅ a comedy show,
✅ or read a humorous book.
I let myself laugh out loud watching Michael McIntyre and reading Pelham Grenville Wodehouse’s books.
4️⃣ Get a star story for each of the job requirements in the description.
You have had them a lot during your #career, just be prepared to share.
5️⃣ Practice out loud your answers to the most common #interviewquestions including telling me about yourself.
The more times you practice, the less stress you will have at the real interview.
6️⃣ Get to know the company and people who will be interviewing you.
Resources to start with could be Google, LinkedIn, company website, and glassdoors reviews, #Quora. What if you ask your network about the company?
7️⃣ Be ready with the smart questions that you will ask throughout the #interview.
e.g. What skills and knowledge would a person have who will succeed in this position, in your opinion?
8️⃣ Ask about what the format will be for the interview:
offline, online group video, 1-on-1 video
9️⃣ Practice your interview and record yourself. Be sure that technology works on your side.

✅ Plan what you will put on
✅ Be sure to have easy access to your resume and questions
✅ Join your call 10 minutes early
✅ Repeat your affirmation and go on
