To align the spiritual and life vision with doing what you love, you must be clear about your people

To align your spiritual and life vision with doing what you love, you must be clear about people who will support you at work and in life. To have great relationships, you must internally decide who do you want to attract to your team at work, as your friends and family.

It may sound woo-woo, but you will attract those people you’re manifesting to have as your friends, your teammates and/or your clients. Negative or positive relationships.

When you choose a member of the team, you want to know what the values of this person are and how she/he approaches work. HR managers want to know it firsthand when they interview people for any position in high stress careers like Investment Banking.

When you will spend 16 hours a day for 5 days a week with another person where deadlines and high pressure are a part of your day, you really want to have someone who is not only working to make money but have common values with you. Here is a tip for any newbies who want to pass the interview: share the values of the company.

When the team is diverse, each of us has own view about what is the priority at work and in life. But what if you choose to create meaningful relationships and have work that has a meaning for you. I want to be clear that I am not talking about volunteering where you’re not paid, I am about creating meaningful relationships with people you love and appreciate and share values with your team at the job that pays your bills. A conflict is a human part of any relationships, and you will naturally have disagreement with your team and people you love, but some things cannot be compromised and you and your employees must be clear what those things are.

It relates to your family relationships and what your kids and partners may cross as a border and what not. When you set boundaries, it may feel uncomfortable first, but the more you do it and the more you’re internally clear about the boundaries, the more great relationships you will create.

This is especially applicable to the companies that are seeking to create an innovative environment that has shared values, and a deep commitment to the mission of the company with high standards.

If this resonates with you, let’s talk about your boundaries and relationships at a no pressure 45 minutes call with me.

These are my people who motivate and inspire me, when I'm upset, who share with me my successes, who believe in me more than I do sometimes.

I'm blessed to have them, but I want to share with you that you can build your tribe too. It doesn't matter where your people are located, it doesn't matter what country you are from, and where do you live now. All that matters is whether your heart is open and who do you want to be your tribe.
