4 stalks celery
1 green apple
1/4 bunch Parsley
1/2 inch ginger grated
Blend everything in the blender. I love Vitamix or Ninja for this smoothie. Omega juicer is a top rated one that I use for my personal juicing.
If you're at the beginning of your detox journey, you may start using the same ingredients to do a smoothie. Then transition to a juice.
I find it helpful to add 1/2-1 tsp of MCT oil or olive oil to a smoothie/juice for best absorption.
If your gut is inflamed, you may play around the dosage of lemon/ginger as you start your smoothie/juice journey. If you have acid reflux - skip lemon and ginger.
